Terms of Use
Arrival ID is operated by Arrival ID Ltd, company number 17458900, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ. Contact: support@arrivalid.app.
What Arrival ID does
Arrival ID lets an authorised person publish the exact entrance, approach and access information for a location, and share it as a secure, unlisted link. Anyone holding that link can view it without an account.
Who may publish
By publishing an Arrival ID you confirm that you manage the location, or are authorised by whoever does, and that you are permitted to photograph it and to share the access information you enter. You must not publish gate codes, alarm codes or key-safe details.
Accuracy and responsibility
The information in an Arrival ID comes from the person who published it, not from us. We do not invent, generate or verify instructions. Reports from recipients are shown to the publisher for review and never change published instructions automatically.
Not for emergencies
Arrival ID is not an emergency service. It must not be relied on by emergency responders or used where a failure to arrive could cause harm.
Acceptable use
Do not use Arrival ID to publish unlawful, unsafe or private information, to photograph people unnecessarily, to attempt to guess or enumerate other people's codes, or to place unreasonable automated load on the service. We may suspend an account or take down an Arrival ID that breaches these terms.
Links and availability
A publisher can edit, expire, revoke or archive an Arrival ID at any time, after which its link stops working. Arrival ID is offered during a pilot and is provided as-is, without a guaranteed level of availability.
Your account and your data
You can ask us to delete your account and the Arrival IDs you created by emailing support. How information is handled is set out in our privacy notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses arising from information a publisher entered, from a journey that failed, or from a link being expired or revoked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
